Help designing specific lead

So I downloaded a sample pack,
and this lead sample came with it

I love the sound of it, but I want to recreate my own, plus melody and key ect.

Other than sidechaining, how would I go about re making this sort of sound? All my other saw's don't sound anywhere close at all.
