Genre of Hip/Hop, Type of sound?

What genre of hip hop music is this? I can describe it as slow tempo trap/hip hop i guess? are there any producers which make this type of sounding beats which i can go and learn from/look into? What type of instrumentation is used?

It's mainly Metro Boomin, DJ Spinz, and Zaytoven doing that style. Not sure what they call it. It's pretty much normal trap rap with distorted short 808s and pitched down hihats and snares.

hahaha i agree this "rapper" SUCKS.... me and the homie produce a slow underground hip hop/trap genre. any kind of instrumental samples can be used usually pianos or a guitar without vocals though. we pitch it down and slow it down.
