I wanted to find out how the arp in this song March Madness - Future.

I read that the sound is something from sci-fi films. But what I want to know is how the arp is achieved. Is it possible that there's maybe a note on ever 2 steps in a high octave and another on every 4 steps in a lower octave. Is it possible? or can anyone tell me how they would try to do it? thanks.
