filter except beat tag

use two group channels: one for everything but your beat tag and one for your beat tag

apply filter as needed to the main group and mix to taste

I have a lot of stuff grouped up already so I can't do bandcoach's method but, instead you can make a bus channel to an autofilter anamation and push up the knob on every track you want filtered.
