Eqing Reverb

This is something new Im playing with in reason 3 Id like to try to emulate a spacey reverb similar to the ones Ive heard on Ja Rule- New York New York, Pretty Ricky- Your Body, the reverb on the spacey synths in the korg legacy pack, ect. I love this sound but I have no idea how to create that sort of reverb sound in reason Im using the RV 7000 please help

in my opinion rv700 alone is crap. I was talking to cyko on AIM about eq'ing reverb and he shed some light. He does this all the time in Reason. pm him.

i dunno i think it has potential i just never dug deep into it I always used the presets

There was an interesting blind test last year that put the RV7000 against some high-end hardware reverbs - and guess which one came out victorious. There's definitely potential, but the unit could have more controls as well.
