Electro House bass synth like Dyro, Firebeatz etc?

These are the kind of synths I'm having major trouble replicating. To me they sound like the most basic synth sounds possible, yet I can't get it right. The synths don't sound like they have a lot of, or any, automation added to them (except for maybe pitch)
I'm using mainly Massive but I also have Z3TA+2.
Am I using the wrong plugins?

Anyone know how to make these sounds? Because I really can't figure it out, and I've spent many hours trying :(

With Massive nearly everything is possible.
I suggest trying to play around with modern talking, deep throat, melofant, drive and stuff like that. combined with a classic tube effect.

yeah, stick with massive for this one -- carbon is one of my favorites. try automating the formant modulation.
