its some kind of percussive sound.. i cant find much over it online..

with harmor you can do that on second with a pluck-knob

on other synths you may need to use filter envelope

load up the 3xosc in FL (or any 3 oscillator synth) set the oscillators to 12 0 -19 and you should have a similar sound, just adjust the volume envelope and add a bit of reverb. otherwise look up organ bass presets like the dx organ

the second synth was made with an FM oscilator, probably saw + square waves.
both with minimum sustain, and short decay. the same goes to filter envelope
then just eq + compress+saturate it, so it can sound harder.
