do yall know if keyboards like roland juno allows you create unique n combine sounds

yes a lot do. most of it comes down to how well you know synthesis and the gear youre workin with. download some software vsts and mess about on them
 
And it kinda depends whether you're talking about the Juno 6, the Juno 60, the Juno 106, the Alpha Junos 1 & 2, the Juno-D or the Juno-G. :D

I assume you're talking about the latter two, which are quite a bit different from their vintage brothers, but yes, it's possible.
 
I have a juno d you can combine some sound with others but its limited. Like say for instance you layer 2 string sounds and make a new patch and then you want to layer that patch with another patch you cant do it!
