It's very dependant on your style, as I'm sure you'll appreciate. Many people like the intuitive workflow of Reason. For what it's worth, I use Nuendo (a close relative of Cubase) and PT because of the flexibility and intimate degree of control available, at least for my own purposes. I prefer the 'feel' of the ProTools Arrange window and feel that Nuendo is a bit 'clunky' in that respect. But there are a million and one things that annoy me in PT, not least of which is real-time bouncing.
Ergo, neither is inherently 'better'.
