Anyone have a patch (Reason 5) or a tutorial or any idea how to make this kind of synth?

You can hear it throughout but an example would be at 1:04:

Simple saw and reverb... classic Benny technique.
Not these examples tho! these are huge multi timbrel dance synths. Camel Alchemy and Z3ta can achieve these. I would normally browse presets to find something close, then tweak it and add voices &/or FX till it gets huge. Couldn't say how to do it from scratch tho.

Yeah I tried a saw ... Definitely not the sound I'm talking about haha
 
A sawtooth would be a great way to start! Sounds like if you add in a fifth and an octave, add unisono voices with slight detune and stereo spread, add reverb and EQ, and give the ADSR envelope at medium attack/release with a high sustain, you should have something close! Of course, I'm sure there a few more subtle details involved, but you'll end up with the same type of sound.
