Creating sounds from unconventional acoustical sources

Hi guys,
here's some videos where I have tried to create playable virtual instruments starting from the sample of "strange" sources, or at least sounds that are not originally musical per se. I use Absynth, Kontakt and Reaktor as my main tools, even if some pre-processing is performed with PaulStretch.
Really curious to have you opinions , hope you like them :)

Cool stuff, I've always been a fan of recording random stuff and processing them into something completely different. I also like that the videos are so compact! Too many people would just use 5 minutes of faffing around before getting anywhere :)

Thank you man, really glad you like it :) And definitively I concur with you, sometimes sound design videos are painfully long and un-focused. Again, thank you for watching :D

Another creative sound design example, here I create a percussive pattern from a water sample. Hope you enjoy it ;)
