Crazy sound...

I know I posted something a bit ago but I've always been curious about this sound..its probably my favorite sound even though I will never use it I NEED to know how its made....

Sounds like a synth to me. Possibly a mix of a sine wave and a saw wave with the high-freq cut off. There's a bit of an LFO or vibrato on it.
