Classical Sample Identification

Throughout this song there is a classical sample that I am unable to identify. It sounds like something from one of Bach's Brandenburg Concertos but I can't quite ID it. Unless it is original content for this song which I am inclined to believe isn't the case maybe somebody could figure it out. Any information would be useful. Thanks!
