Chord progression

Ok, I've read the FAQ and searched the web, but I can't find a yes/no answer to this question...

If I use a chord progression in the key of C major like: C-G-Am-F. Both G and F has notes that's not in the key of C major (Bb,F#). Are those keys not to be used or does the progression from one key to another change the notes within the key?

edit: nevermind I'm useless...found the answer on same page:shame:

and that answer would be that the chords F and G are found in the scale of C major but the notes that are only found in the scale of F or G major are not

i.e.

Chords

CC-D-E-F-G-A-B-CC-E-GD-F-AE-G-BF-A-CG-B-DA-C-EB-D-F
GG-A-B-C-D-E-F#-GG-B-DA-C-EB-D-F#C-E-GD-F#-AE-G-BF#-A-C
FF-G-A-Bb-C-D-E-FF-A-CG-Bb-DA-C-EBb-D-FC-E-GD-F-AE-G-Bb

C major has no F# or Bb
