Have a quick question about this chopped up rising siren from this Star Slinger remix of Rihanna's "We Found Love" (comes in around :40) Rihanna "We Found Love [Star Slinger remix]" - YouTube
I know it's in many many tunes, but I'm trying to recreate it in Sylenth and can't get it to sound like that between the timing and the pitch. I have a pitch bend envelope set on the synth I'm working with in trying to recreate it, but it's not sounding as precise as I'd hope. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of build-up or know where to find a tutorial? I've definitely heard it a lot but not sure if there's another name for it. Any help is appreciated!
