from the very small amount of the track you posted, it just sounds like a pretty generic electric bass note.

Well, like I said, my first guess, based on the sound of the note and the other sounds in the track, would be that it is someone playing a bass note on an electric bass... not a module.

but if you are looking for a synth that has simple electric bass patches, pretty much any modern ROMpler will have a patch of that sort (triton, motif, whatever.)
