Any1 know what this sound is/how to create it?

I can't hear what you're talking about on these little earbuds, if you don't mean the bassline itself.

He's a romantic little scumbag, isn't he? It's a good thing he doesn't think too highly of himself...

All I hear is the backing vocals singing the "ahh" part and then it sounds like a piano and a harp. The harp is being played in arpeggiated style.

Choir with reverb.That's what it sounds like to me. with additional gated affects.
 
It sounds like a velocity sensitive square/saw lead with an automated oscillator. There isnt really an easy way to describe how to do it, but open up a synth with a few oscillators and mess with the settings
