If ysou store all your samples in one folder most programs E.G. Acid have auto play features . It depends on what kind of samples your using and what for . If you wanna use full drum/music loops and compile them together, Acid has a windows explorer type interface at the bottom with auto play . Where as if you want to use drum hit samples the Reason can do simalar things with its browser.
