Acapella....phase?

So you guys prob know by now how to extract acapellas from a song some sound good and some sound horrible....I was wondering if there are any ways to get that weird phase sound or at least lower it by a couple dbs so it's not so noticeable..

good luck bro I think you can try adding in the MONO utility. sometimes htat helps with my acapellas

few things i would try: notch filtering, bandpass filter and use a narrow band, otherwise try isolate the phase frequency in audacity and use the noise removal tool
