    Soundcard Or Mixer?

    I am new to FP and i just wanna know what would be better for my Hp Laptop for clearer crisper vocals. I have a MXL V63m Mic and use acousta mixcraft.. any help?

    A new mic or graphic parametric eq (use the eq subtractively... the reason it should be graphic is because you are new).
