    Regular Keyboard or MIDI?

    I already got a Regular Keyboard... is it worth gettin a midi keyboard rite now? Or just plug the regular keyboard and record audio from it, for now?

    Regular keyboard? As in a real piano? Or what do you mean?

    maybe he means like a synthesizer...if thats the case, get a midi keyboard. That way you can do everything in real time, and edit your notes and all types of wierd sh*t. If you record something theres not as much you can do with it.

    I think the best advice anyone could give you is to not get anything new until you actually understand what it is you are considering.

    Otherwise you are just wasting your money in some ill-conceived hope that somehow a MIDI Keyboard will (magically?) do something better/different/easier for you, without having any real concept of how or why.
