and you will see a instant difference the reason i linked the replacement tube is because the one that comes with it is crap and just changing the tube some one would mistake your preamp for something more expensive

Not really, just removing some screws and pulling it out and putting the new one in.

OP should list their current set-up before any advise given .

Don't go for cheap "tube" pre amps , they are a waste of money .
"starved plate" and LEDs to light the "tube" , should be a bit of a give away .
