Monitor Amp...

I have a pair of passive monitors that i use but i dont have a good amp for them. everything i have introduces a considerable amount of noise (its not really loud but i notice it). i dont need anything special, just something that is more transparent than what i have now.

my budget is $100.

so far this is what ive found:
