    Hi
Can I put laminate floor in my studio room? how this affect acustics?
I had carpet before, after I throw it and I put laminate, the sound from this KRKs is, just so diferent, hear some noises, or maybe something with the cables, after I reconnected everything, this drives me maad, changing the floor can be the cause?
    thanks

it will probably make quite a big difference to absorption at high frequencies (the absorption will go down, if you are replacing carpet) it may help absorption at low frequencies as it might act as more of a diaphragmatic absorber. The most reconfigurable option would be laminate floor plus a big thick rug, which can you take up if you want to.
