How to isolate a small room?

Hello! I need to isolate my studio (4x3 meters) with one window on a wall. The room is empty, too.
I'll put polyurethane panels on first reflections, behind the speakers and basstrap on corners but how can I reduce the volume outside the room?

If I put panels on the entire surface of the room, I'll solve the problem? I need to put layers of panels?
Any ideas? Thanks a lot guys!

Room within a room works.

So does building with denser materials. Like bricks or concrete instead of sheet rock, or at least extra dense sheet rock and in multiple layers.

I know those aren't very practical in a finished house or apartment.

Adding additional absorption in the room will only make the smallest difference outside the room.

There are products like this: Amazon.com: TMS Mass Loaded Vinyl 4' X 25' 100 Square Feet 1 Lb MLV Acoustic Barrier: Musical Instruments I haven't tried them, but maybe I will someday.
