Petman said it, but I'll add some detail

drop an 808 one-shot Kick/Sub sample into a sampler, e.g. ableton's Sampler or Simpler. this way you can play the sample at different speeds and therefore, change the pitch. You can achieve the glide affect with "portamento/glide" and adjusting the time, and by pitch-bending. What you for sure need from what I hear is some heavy compression/limiting to 'squash' the 808, plus some some saturation to add the grit. on a side note, depending on what samples you have available or are able to synthesis, it may be in your best interest to layer an 808 sub and kick on separate tracks, playing the same thing, so you can control the attack/transient with the kick and decay/sustain of the sub, in a way separating the details of an adsr envelope between the layers of a single sound.

hope this wasn't too meandering and of some help at least. I'd also recommend getting a plug-in like Rob Papen's Subboom Bass if you want more bells and whistles
good luck
