    Homemade reflexion filter question

If i were to set up like two pieces of 703 fiberglass panels in a V shape and pic a mic in between them would that make for a decent reflexion filter/vocal booth? Obviously its not pro, but i need to do something better than recording in a wide open room, and it's a too big of a pain to hang layers of blankets every time i want to record. I'm not necessarily looking for anything professional here, just something that i can get by with.

If anyone has any other ideas or links to forums about a super cheap PORTABLE vocal booth, that would be great too. Thanks

Yeah that would work great. Add a heavy moving blanker cover the back of the vocalist and your good to go.

Make a triangle around the vocalist with the 2 panels and the blanket. It'll help block out the room sound.
