Is there a way to export individual wav files from cubase without having to solo each one and export to mixdown? I've done some rough mixes in cubase that I'd like to finish on the protools/SSL board setup at my local studio. Any help would be appreciated.

Select your track from this menu, and change to split, interleaved, or mono respectively.

Pay no attention to the track names of the above example.

You may want to try .OMF format also, so you won't have to recompose the structure of the sound on the ProTools/SSL.

I must be plum dumb because I'm having a difficult time locating that menu. And just to be clear, I'm looking to export the individual .wav files with any effects that have been added through inserts/sends .

Export > Audio Mixdown

Keeps everything exclusive to that track, intact, to mixdown. If you're using FX (sends) channels, you'll have to export that track itself, as the effects are routed to that channel, not contained in the audio (sent) channel itself. Otherwise, all inserts are intact, and mixed down; both pre and post fader.
