DIY Sound Diffusors?

Anyone have plans or know of a site with good build information?? I want to build a diffusor for the rear of my mix station...

What type of diffusors are you building? I've seen a super easy skyline diffusor layout using dense building insulation foam and a hot foam knife and some glue.
