Wow I guess you're lucky to live in an area with lenient building codes and no permit requirements.
I wish I could build out my backyard too bad I'm smack dab in the middle of Toronto.

In the UK it is a struggle to get permission to put up a new fence in the front of your house, so I feel you..

Been thinking about it lately, I wish I could do a build like that!

...but I'm in a rental. My landlord might not be a fan.
