    Behringer B1: Im thinking of getting this for a little home studio, since i already have a Behringer mixer, How good is this mic?

    It's pretty good. I have it and I enjoy it. A few heads will tell you to save up and get a better mic but I don't have any complaints with this mic.
    The B1 was a big improvement over my other mic.

    what mic did you previously use?

    was it a condensor mic?

    I think it is decent for the price. I have one and ...but I just upgraded to a Rode NT1000.

    Overall, I think the B-1 is a cool mic but you'll probably want to upgrade soon so if you could save then save for a better mic.

    But if you just want a condensor mic for right now then B-1 is not a bad choice.
