Where should I start if i want to make a bass similar to the one here

It's the one that sounds like someones knocking on the door or if if was some kind of machine that's stuck so it makes that knock noise.

Better descriptions would be to say that it sounds like it's plucked

That's using an LFO, but not opening it all the way, and modulating it very fast.
Will probably take some EQing and tweaking, but that's what I hear out of it.

u need to modulate the lfo and the frequency cut off

That bass is called a "wobble bass". Look it up on google and youtube, there are dussins of those tutorials there.
