Audiophile 2496 or Soundblaster audigy 2 platinum??

which soundcard would be better for me??? i have an ensoniq eps 16+ i wanna be able to track my beats etc to pc, which would be better for me? and why

They will both do pretty much the same thing. They both record music but one will do it better.

In my opinion and what I hear the audigy is not really a card suited for audio work.

So maybe you should look more towards the audiophile.
