I don't see the problem here. If I am having a home built, do you expect me to go hammer in every nail myself? No, that's not my skill set, so I leave that to those who are practiced at it.

Every other genre has songwriters. Hip hop needs to get rid of this stigma associated with ghostwriting.

Hiphop is different to any other genre, singers are credited for there voice, rappers are credited for what they say.

If you can't write your own lyrics then rapping isn't for you. I suggest you employ a rapper and stick to making beats.
