I need a dance songwriter

Hello!
I'm totally new in this business, so I don't really know how things work. I would like somebody to help me, looking for people who can write in dance genre. A simple, but catchy song + I don't have a good voice, so kinda just like Verka Serduchka (pls youtube her/him, and the song Dancing Lasha Tumbai).
I want to have a song, because I'd like to participate in the eurovision song contest and represent my country. It would be huge for the songwriter and for me, a great way to become famous.
If you can help me, or you can give me advice, pls write.
