I need syllable help!

I wrote to a nas type beat, I clapped 6 syllables to fit my lyrics in. I wrote and actually had flow (something I'm working on)! I have trouble doing this on a lot of other beats. Any tips on writing for flow? I just need to get this!

Here! Unmixed and mastered (I'd send my shit out for that). Maybe help me with my flow? It's improving a lot, I actually didn't hate it in this. But I struggle with flow and voice bad (One can be fixed)!
