not feeling the instruments. It kind of sounds like it was made on an old school casio keyboard. It has a decent bounce and I can understand the melody but its too stiff for my liking. I would definitely recommend some better sounds and drums and maybe take it easy on the quantitzing. Keep at it

My number one problem is instruments selection. I needs to develop a better ear for sounds.

I understood why my melody are stiff, because I place the note right on the "dot" of the grid in fruity loop. I should work on that also.

Great advices man! I really appreciate the help.

Not bad. Sounds WestCoast. It's straight though. But yea, work on the melodies. If u sample try 2 find some instruments that way. That will make your instruments sound 'more real', know what I mean? Or try 2 find some VST PlugIns or just browse threw FL & find some good sounds. I hope Im not sounding like a hater just trying 2 help out. But good stuff.

Good advice man! I should used instruments like the one in my sample beats, and study how they made it sounds lived.

    Ride the wave

Nice composition piece here. Alot of emotion. Decent quality for sure. It would be most impressive if you got your hands on something like hypersonic or colossus to really bring your sounds out..but other then that..keep it up!

Check me out in the meantime:

Electro Hop. To be honest with you, I don't have enough experience in the this field of music to critique you.

    But

From what I heard, the beat sound kind of dull on the verse. I would throw in some lighter sounds to spice it up and keep it moving.

I saw a little bit of spice on the chorus.

I would work on coming up with melodies and building tension (especially for techno).

Yea the sounds are cheep sounding. You can change that by adding reverb, and distortion on it. By doing that you will add needed texture to your beats. But that being said I like the melody a lot, and the panning.

I'm a moster when it comes beats! come and see
