Sup everyone , this is my first beat for 2015 . The intro was made with kontakt 5 and i produce this beat with fl studio 11 . Looking for advice on the mix and overall composition . Let me know what you think of this beat and il return feed as usual on your thread , soundcloud or youtube .

I like the beat itself a lot, maybe lower the volume of the high hats just a little, and the he intro was kinda long at around 30 seconds, it's up to you but if I was you I would shorten the intro a little bit somehow. You did a good job though man!

Intro is dope, very chill vibe.. Then when the beat drops really caught me off guard (in a good way) .. Mix sounds good to me, minor tweaks on the drums but you good man.. Nice work

Great beat man. Intro builds up really nicely, drop definitely takes you by surprise by how hard it hits and nice melodies throughout. The synth sounds at the beginning (and throughout) sound very slick and clean. The bass is heavy without overpowering the rest of the tune too. I can't really fault this, really good work.
On a side note, have you heard of Faze Miyake? A lot of his beats have a similar vibe, worth looking into.

this is why i love fl studio. everything sounds on beat. the intro was cool but i dont think it matched or maybe it was too long. I think it'll be dope if you added something to the intro from the aactual beat nah sayin'

Melody is very strong, I agree with a comment above about the hats being lowered a bit. Your drum selection and mix is spot on, the intro was very well done but could be shortened a bi but overall great production.
