hey man. nice track. is this an intro for the album? cause if it is then the intro is fine. but if it isn't i feel it could be too long. i kinda lost anticipation halfway through the intro. that is my only critique the rest of the track is on point. flow and mix is good. keep it up ma man
Definitely creates a lot of anticipation in the beginning, I agree with the above comment, intro's should be short and sweet. The overall track is dope maybe just tweak the lows in the main piano in the beginning...Overall tight work. Lyrical content is strong because I can hear you are speaking on some real shit.. Return the favor
Nice atmosphere here. Its moody and heavy. The rapping is nice. I thin the intro is fine, jvst perhaps some more clarity for some freqs in the piano will add some more variating dynamics. Keep vp the nice work.
Tension! Nice this is ill. Would like more adlibs before verse drops building the anticipation with vocal track too. Track proper sounds dope. Love that staccato organ.
Dope tune with a lot of atmosphere. I really feel your rapping, its pretty good. Arrangement is good as it is imo, but your mixing needs some work I guess.
vocal mix could be way better... flow could be better.. way better .. i'd work on composition of making a song.. this beat was everywhere... where is the hook? where is the verse? no h8 but it's endless rambling bro.. vBut anyway come check out my new joey badass type beat > https://www.futureproducers.com/for...d-feed-4-feed-drop-links-486351/#post49839226 i've produced for soulja boy/ honey cocaine/ lil b among others and be sure to follow me on twitter https://www.twitter.com/SlurRty
@swagproductions next time b4 u comment read my thread... I said this was an intriduction to my lp... No chorus or nything like that... Children these days
Nice work overall my friend - I can se people's point that the intro might be a bit long but if it's the first track on an album then I think it's actually cool and appropriate. The rapping is great and I'm really into the delivery!
As for as technical stuff goes I would say that the reason the piano is losing clarity is most likely that the low frequencies are overworking the master limiter which is causing the track to distort (which I would not recommend). Try using a hi pass filter on the piano and backing off the master limiter a bit. Maybe a multiband compressor on the piano will help keep the low end in check if you don't want to use a hi pass filter (but I would definitely filter).
Great work overall man - I can't wait to hear more of you album. You got talent; keep it up!
