So you're basically saying that modern beats suck? You couldn't be more wrong. Beat game is at it's peak right now. It's better than it has ever been.

About this beat, it's pretty cool. I like the vibe, it's pretty dark. Cool drums. Everyhing is nice. I would take this voice out at the beginning. Keep up tho!

"darkpassenger'- cool intro with the vocal sample to set the mood. nice choice of drums. chill vibe throughout. i'm a fan of this beat. only at 3:50 is there a change up which really is the end....a change up during the beat would be cool but overal im not even sure if u need it. well executed. :cheers:

I am saing modern beats suck, at least most of them. I would say beat game has never been worse. Todays hiphop make me want to stab myself in the ears. What happened to the heavy rawness of the 90s. What happened to catchy samples? when i listen to modern rap i cant even remember what the beats sounded like after like 1 min. Everything sounds so synthetic. And all the fancy hihat rolls, omg i hate them so much.
Maybe im not being entirely objective, cuz most of the time there is newschool rapper over it, and todays beatz dont suck nearly as bad as todays rappers. I dont understand why they all rap with that whiny voice. Everything they say it sounds like they are whining. Why?
ofc There is still some dope hiphop being made, but its mostly underground. 90s still remain the golden era tho
