Cardiak x Just Blaze Type Beat f4f

Nice sample. I feel like the intro is a little long. I think it would start a little stronger without the movie clip. It feels like the bass should be a little less busy maybe just follow the kick in some places. I like the drum pattern. I feel like the kick drum could eq'd a little stronger, maybe some parallel compression. Other than that this is nice.

this sound nice, it sound like a just blaze production without the just blaze mixing and mastering. Meaning the composition is very nice and smooth, but the levels of the sounds are got be better. need bigger kick, the snare hitting is nice, make the crash more high frequencies. the sample and nice, just turn it up a bit to make it stand out, and the bassline is nice but should not be the main instrument to the song. the Composition nice, now with a great mixing, this could be a classic !

this is tight man. i really like the elements you have going on. i would just try to work on your mix a little bit. hats are a little too bright, try to eq 8-12K down by 2-3db. the kick needs to have more impact. try to eq some frequencies out of the baseline to make some room for the thud of the kick. or add a high frequency element (like a hat) whenever there is a kick to make the transient of the kick pop out more.
