i have to say, the breaks are the only thing that's holding this track together. in some parts, the basskicks seemed to be doubled up (delayed?!) in a way that it shouldnt. the hihats that come in later in the track need a tweak since it doesnt seem to match up with the warm dynamics of the breaks.
another major thing that needs fixing is the cut up organ / synth samples - clicks were incredibly audible throughout the track. apart from those samples, did you have a bassline in the main hook? a strong bassline is important to keep the flow of the track at the same time balancing the track's dynamics in the lower-frequency end.
production-wise, i think you need to brush up on cutting the samples up and sample-arrangements as far as the breaks are concerned. the track progression can't be far off too since you've probably pretty much grasped it from the bars of verses and chorus etc. good luck.
