One thing that you have to remember is that the audio quality is greatly reduced when it is streamed. My tracks don't sound like typical mainstream hip-hop but I'm always trying to do something different. Once we put a demo together the tracks wil be finalized and we'll go from there.
Yea. I have a ear for audio that has been reduced in sound quality. I still know what to look for. Your music potential but there is just alot of things in it that could be improved. I can name some more things from the top of my head. Give me an email if you want me to give you a more comprehensive review.

Southern Discomfort: This beat is pretty good. Its crunk as hell. The sounds you used all fit well also. Did you put any filters on them. Towards the end is good also. I like the way it changes up. I just think you should have used a more crunker drum pattern. Overall this is a good song. 7/10

Yeah, I tweaked damn near every sound on there. I'm really trying to find a style I'm comfortable with. As for the drum pattern I see what you are saying but I think that the snare roll are being over used nowadays. Really my first thought was to add a lot of snare hits and rolls but I decided against it. Thank you for peepin though and the feedback.

Right now I'm just using Reason 2.5, a simple midi controller, lots of refills and personnal sounds, and some wack speakers.

When I get my refund I'm upgrading EVERYTHING so hopefully it'll all sound clearer.

has an r&b sound but its nice. i think it shoul be slowed down to an average tempo tho. if it was played on tha radio it would b 2 different from tha other songs since its kinda fast. check my post http://www.futureproducers.com/forum...threadid/56068
