its really repetitive, but i think its pretty cool. I'm working on better sampling techniques/rhythmic patterns(fl studio) so if you got any tips in that area let me know. I listen to a bunch tracks from SebastiAn and I'm trying get that sound from this track Going Nowhere (SebastiAn Remix) - Cut Copy - YouTube

Oh well then I don't really have any tips for you. Sampling isn't really my thing. Only done it a time or two. Just keep doin your thing.

I support the executive decision to keep making noises. These be some cool noises. I don't think you need that sound from that track. I can see the similarities, but I like this better. I think it just needs a bit more tinkering is all. Sorta fleshing it out and differentiating it to keep it interesting and all that. maybe throw a couple extra samples in there?

And yeah I don't think the samples are necessary!

you gotta point, the synth in the back ground can get pretty loud so I compressed it but then then I use ducking on the synth the to give it that effect. next time I'll free it up a bit
