First ever remix, asking for advice on mixing, F4F ofc!

Hi,

this is my first ever remix, i like the way it develops, but what im struggling with generally is mixing.
I often find my mixes to be too harsh and noisy, but when i try to compensate it it turns out bassy and untransparent.
Do you have any advice on this?

Great track, i do not think that i have heard the original, but this sure makes me get "the feels" in lack of a better term.
mixingwise i would push the higher freqs down a thad, and maybe even lower the wolume on the hats. Higher freqs does not need to be that loud to have a presence compared to the lower freqs.

Other than that i really enjoy you track.
if you have got the time I would apriciate if you could give me some feedback on my ambient chill track
