Can't Help It (Rap Instrumental) by GrizzlyMusic on SoundCloud - Create, record and share your sounds for free I just need some feedback on a few things:

    1) does the chorus part have too much going on?

    2) does the chorus have too much high end/sound too "bright"

    3) Overall impression of the beat (mix, bass, melody)

if you answer any of these and drop a link i'd be more than happy to return the feed, thanks.

Dude i like where your going with this, in my opinion i think this type of beat needs more hi hats, only other thing id have to say is having the kick hit harder, but im not on good speakers right now, so i could be wrong about that

over all i think its good, i especially like how the hook transitioned into the verse
    Something to chill too. (f4f)

Yea, It sounded alright to me the synth sounded a bit to stocky for me i'd would def tweak it, Brass sample sounded a bit stocky tho I'd look into a quality library. Mix yeaa well it sounded decent I'd would make it wider and crispier.

    1) Nope theres just enough elements for the hook -- good job on that

    2) Not really -- I would turn down the main synth melody in the hook a bit tho

    3) I think the instrumentation is on point but the instruments/synths you used sound kind of thin -- I tihnk you should try to find better quality instruments/sounds -- it'll make the beat much better!

Doesn't really sound like a Boi1Da beat -- i think if you used his 808 snare than maybe -- but it doesnt really sound Boi1da-ish -- even the kicks dont hit as hard (i would layer a harder kick with the 808 you already have to give it punch)

    Please return the favour:

@OfficialDubri - "R.I.P." (Produced by Benny Liang) (ALL FEEDBACK RETURNED!)

    Thanks!

returned the feed. Does the first synth sound thin as well, or is it mostly the ones that come in during the chorus/hook?

the drums needs have more presence in this beat
This beat is dope man like you have all the elements the mix is just really muddy
the drums and melody all sound like one it doesnt have that clean boi 1da sound that you trying to achieve
    beats dope tho
    Keep doing ur thing
Leave me feedback when you get a chance
J.Cole / Lupe fiasco type beat (100% feedback Returned)
