Waves (Oliver Francis x 6Dogs type beat) F4F

The first one is different to me. I've never heard anyone used those drums in that style before. Sounds great and the second one is amazing. The drums are definitely thumbing in my studio monitors. good job.
 
The top one definitely has a oliver feel to it could here him on it, overall a great beat cant fault. f4f?
 
Liking the lo-fi stuff your doing. the melodies and the arrangements are great. got a clean mix going on there. imo im not really feeling the zelda samples. just keep pushing bro.
 
The vibe on "Waves" is really dope. There something unbalanced about the mix tho. Like where the sample is sitting in comparison to the drums is a bit odd. I think the snap (with verb) that comes in is a too loud.

I still fuck with this tho. If you clean up the mix it'll be even doper
 
Nice grooves, the first one has a great bass line that interacts really well with the drums. I like the synthwork and the creativity of the drum sounds is pretty dope. I thought the ambient noises on the Behind the Falls where golden. Loved the sound, a little Clams Casino(ish) in my opinion. The verb on the drums was pretty much perfect and the arrangement kept it moving. Overall, they were both tight but the 2nd track definitely takes the cake for me...
