Hey man,

Just going through my archive of old shit and tryna to get them out to artist and I have this one hear that I made certainly when I was under the influence. Tell me what you think it's best use would be.

Only you determine what its best use should be. If you have skills, trying writing lyrics then record them. Noise is what all music begins as until rhythm, harmony, melody and timbre come into play.
