The samples out of sync with the drums on several bars, that needs to be fixed. Also the stereo width of the sample sounds more like a surround sound movie than a hip hop beat, you need to have someone figure out the notes and replay it with instruments in omnisphere or nexus, lastly the cowbell sounds reminiscent of "Teach me how to dougie", I was expecting a breakdown with sum 808 or something. Lastly, you need a synthetic bassline to set this off.

I don't like the changes that happen with different chops, whether they're key or chords changes they feel out of place. I agree with Dirteelishus about pretty much everything but synthetic bass, I feel that electric or double bass could also work. Nice idea though, could be turned into a really epic beat.
