sampling is dope, reminded me of an old ye joint initially. the drums fit it nicely and that high pitched percussion on the second beat sounds dope, mix is clean too. only thing i would say is it could do with a little more variation. check me out: https://www.futureproducers.com/for...dope-asian-influence-criticise-my-mix-502289/

- Cool sample chopping
- I like the drum pattern -- but i felt you could've used better sounds though -- wasnt a huge fan of the kick or that harsh hi hat
- That piano in the breakdown is dope
- Maybe you should add a continous hi hat throughout the verse section
- Mix could be better -- like i said i woudl lower the harsh hi hat -- bring out the kick and bring out the snare a little more

Yo this is crazy! I really enjoyed the soul sample, and the drums fit it perfectly. But what was the best moment for my, was the break down in the middle, when the piano comes in and the vocals echo into the back of the beat, as well as the horn that comes in. Real nice transition. The drums worked very well, I especially enjoyed the shaker, that was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there isn't any bass, from what I heard. A thick bass line would have made this much better. But nonetheless. a dope beat.
